In this video, I’m going to share an easy tip on how to improve sleep quality and boost energy while doing keto and intermittent fasting.

Two meals a day is a common variation of intermittent fasting. Try composing your first meal of mainly protein and fat. Protein contains phosphorus, which can boost energy while you’re in ketosis.

Try consuming mostly vegetables for your second meal, with smaller amounts of protein and fat. Vegetables are high in minerals like potassium, magnesium, and calcium. These minerals have a calming effect on the nervous system. This can help you fall asleep faster, and also get better sleep.
