In this video, we're going to share with you a delicious recipe for coconut pecan fudge fat bombs. These coconut pecan fat bombs are low carb and sugar free. They’re perfect to help keep you full if you’re doing intermittent fasting or if you’re trying to lose weight. This coconut pecan recipe is fudgy on the inside with a really nice crunch from the nuts as well. If you would rather your fat bombs be a little more smooth than just use fewer nuts.
Remember, if you're on healthy keto, to have just one of these homemade coconut pecan fudge fat bombs after a meal to help you stay full for longer. Intermittent fasting is crucial to do along with the ketogenic diet. This is a perfect little keto dessert—not a snack.
Coconut Pecan Fudge Fat Bomb Recipe:
Ingredients
• 4 ounces of cream cheese
• 2 tbsp of butter
• 3 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp of erythritol
• ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
• ¼ cup of chopped pecans
• 1 bowl of shredded coconut (enough to coat bombs)

Recipe Directions
1. Combine cream cheese and butter together with a fork until well mixed.
2. Add unsweetened cocoa powder, erythritol, and vanilla to the batter and stir well until smooth and creamy.
3. Add chopped pecans to the bowl and stir once more.
4. Using a spoon or an ice cream scoop, scoop the batter out and form it into tablespoon-sized fat bombs on a prepared pan with a lined sheet.
5. Coat each bomb in shredded coconut.
Note: You can also change the recipe and make with almonds if pecans aren’t your thing. These will be ready to serve immediately - no baking necessary.
