I was asked about conjugated linoleic acid, and I’m a proponent of it. It’s referred to as CLA, and it’s a type of fat that can help you burn fat. It comes from dairy and animal fat, as well as egg yolks, but the key is to consume 100% grass-fed animal products. You don’t want an animal that was switched to grains for the last few months. Otherwise, you’ll nullify the amount of conjugated linoleic acid.

Some of the benefits of CLA are: increased muscle strength and exercise endurance, helps with your metabolic rate, boosts your immune system, has anticancer properties, decreases body fat, and stabilizes blood sugar.
