Foods that Lower Stress:
• Sugar-free Chocolate – There’s a certain chemical in chocolate that reduces stress.
• Nutritional Yeast – B vitamins specifically vitamin B1
• Celery – It has a chemical that helps lower blood pressure, helps you sleep, and feel calmer.
• Fermented Drink (Kombucha) – It gives a calming effect on the nervous. Do not consume more than half of a bottle at one time because it is very acidic and if you have too much, you could shift your pH to being too acidic and your pulse rate will start getting higher.
• High-Quality Bacon (Pork) – Any high-quality pork, in general, have vitamin B1.
• Egg Yolk – Certain hormones specifically cortisol that help deal with stress are made from cholesterol.
• Asparagus – High in B1 and a really good fiber for your microbes
• Pecans
• Butter
