1:10 Iodine is the third of 3 key minerals that will help reduce your PMS

In this video, I explain how to reduce your PMS symptoms. There are 3 key minerals that will help you. The first one is calcium, which is particularly helpful if you have menstrual cramping. This is the best thing to take! In fact, what will really help is to take a calcium and magnesium combination, then increase the amount to the point that your cramps go away.

Calcium improves PMS because it helps regulate estrogen. PMS is an estrogen dominant situation. Calcium also helps regulate your mood.

Magnesium is involved with over 300 different enzymes. It has many different functions, including with your muscles, to help calm your nervous system, and to reduce your cramps. Magnesium is also associated with neurotransmitters such as serotonin, which helps bring up your mood.

Then there’s iodine, which is a trace mineral. Iodine helps balance and reduce excessive estrogen, especially if you have other symptoms of estrogen dominance such as fibrocystic breasts or ovarian cysts. You can get iodine from a high quality sea kelp.

I also recommend you take vitamin B6 and vitamin D, but really calcium, magnesium, and iodine are the three keys to reduce your PMS symptoms.
