In this video, I cover stinging nettle root, one of the most powerful natural anti-inflammatories there is. It’s my favorite herb to remedy inflammation.

Now, I do suggest you also do keto and intermittent fasting (IF), along with taking herbs that have an antibiotic effect in order to get rid of the source of inflammation. In the meantime, if you want relief, use stinging nettle root.

Here’s why it’s so effective: it has the capacity to inhibit several inflammatory compounds, specifically something called tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha). Stinging nettle root decreases this compound, which in turn lowers pain and inflammation without side effects. It’s a no brainer.

Whether you have arthritis or some other kind of -itis, hives, sinus problems, or even autoimmune type conditions, stinging nettle root potentially can give you a lot of relief.

But don’t forget that you also need to correct the cause of the inflammation, which is usually high levels of sugar in your diet, along with high levels of insulin.

Or the source of your inflammation could be microbial in nature. You can check out my videos on this topic.

Regardless, stinging nettle root will give you relief quickly.
