In this video, I give you the 11 symptoms that you never want to ignore.

After 29 years in practice, I’ve run across some of the best procrastinators you can imagine! They literally have to be dying before they do anything about their health. My policy has always been that I would only help people who truly wanted help.

Here are the indications of a much more serious problem:

1. Left arm pain; could indicate a heart problem
2. Chest pain; could also indicate a heart problem; eg a blocked artery. One of the best tests to check is called a Coronary Artery Calcification (CAC) test. An ideal score is zero.
3. Slurred speech could mean you are having or just had a stroke. Go immediately to your doctor, because medical professionals can help alleviate the damage if you get treatment soon enough.
4. Coughing up blood
5. One side of your body isn’t working. This could also indicate a stroke.
6. Rapid weight loss without dieting; this could be cancer
7. Vomiting. This could indicate a variety of problems.
8. Swollen legs, especially the left one; this also could indicate a heart problem
9. Spreading rash
10. Unresolved pain. For example, if you have abdominal pain that won’t go away no matter what you do, get it checked.
11. Swollen glands that don’t go away. Normally they should resolve in 10 days to two weeks. If your swollen glands last longer, get it checked.

The most important thing you can do is bullet-proof your health, so you don’t get any of these symptoms. By this I mean make sure you eat healthy so you’re not living on the edge of a health disaster.
