In this video, I’ll explain some useful techniques that will improve your GERD.

First, you want to acidify your stomach, because a lack of stomach acid causes the valve at the top of your stomach to open, allowing acid to splash up into your oesophagus. You acidify your stomach by taking apple cider vinegar and/or betaine hydrochloride. I put a link below to a video with more information. Consuming one or both of these items will help the valve to close and prevent acid from getting up into your oesophagus.

The second technique I recommend is an acupressure point. Take your finger and gently place it on the bottom of your sternum, in the middle. You should feel a small piece of cartilage, but don’t press on it.

Take the fingertips of your hands and place them under your lowest rib on one side of your body, or use a massage tool. Gently massage upwards at about a 45-degree angle, toward the middle of your sternum. Massage all through that area on either side. You’ll probably discover a lot of tension in the area, so go gently. You want to ease the tension and any knots in that area, and create more space. When you do, you’ll take a lot of stress off of your digestive system and help tone your stomach.

You should find your GERD symptoms significantly reduce! Do this several times a day for a week. As well, make sure you’re consuming apple cider vinegar or betaine hydrochloride. You can find capsules or pills that have both. Be sure to take four or five at a time.

This is how you can easily improve your GERD.
