A new law forces businesses with 15 employees or more to provide pregnant workers with special working conditions.

Sounds great!

"These policies...are motivated by good intentions," says Vanessa Brown Calder from the CATO Institute. "But that doesn't mean that the consequences of these policies will turn out well."
