Four causes of kidney pain (low back pain) on keto:
1. Consuming high oxalate foods
2. Too much protein
3. Urine is too acid

How to get low back pain relief:

• Avoid high oxalate foods (almonds, spinach, chocolate)
• Have moderate amounts of protein and salt

• Consume lots of veggies
