The low back pain on keto you’re experiencing may be coming from your kidneys.
Four causes of kidney pain (low back pain) on keto:
1. Consuming high oxalate foods
2. Too much protein
3. Urine is too acid
4. You're a stone former
How to get low back pain relief:
• Avoid high oxalate foods (almonds, spinach, chocolate)
• Have moderate amounts of protein and salt
• Take potassium citrate
• Consume lots of veggies
• Drink 2-3 liters of water per day
• Add lemon to your water
