Are you on a keto-ish diet? In this video, we’re going to talk about how to do the healthy ketogenic diet plan correctly.

The healthy keto diet and intermittent fasting are tools to change your body by:

• Getting nutrients from high-quality foods
• Lowering insulin by lowering carbs
• Increasing ketones with ketosis and intermittent fasting

Types of the Keto Diet Plan (The same format – low carb, moderate protein, and high fat)
1. Keto on the weekends (5:2)
2. Dirty keto (low-quality foods)
3. Lazy keto (ignore quantities – still less than 20g carbs)
4. Eating correctly but with a cheat day
5. Eating correctly but allowing some bad stuff too
6. Healthy keto plan (high-quality nutrient-dense foods) - This is what I recommend.

Questions to Consider on the Ketogenic Diet Plan:
• How much weight do you need to lose?
• How fast?
• What health problems do you want to change or prevent?

3 Goals to have on Healthy Keto:
1. Get your body out of trouble
2. Create new habits
3. Build health reserves
