Sure, here's a simple recipe for Malai Seekh Kebabs:

Ingredients:

500 grams of minced chicken or lamb
1/2 cup fresh cream (malai)
1/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese)
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon oil
Skewers (metal or wooden, if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes)
Instructions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the minced meat, fresh cream, grated paneer, ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, mint leaves, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix everything together thoroughly.

Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator. Marinating longer will enhance the flavors.

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat.

Take the marinated mixture and divide it into equal portions. Wet your hands and shape each portion into a long, cylindrical shape around the skewers. Make sure the kebab mixture adheres firmly to the skewers.

Brush the kebabs with a little oil to prevent sticking and place them on the grill or in the oven.

Grill or bake the kebabs for about 15-20 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve the Malai Seekh Kebabs hot with mint chutney and naan or roti.

Enjoy your homemade Malai Seekh Kebabs!
