Left-sided abdominal pain causes:

• Spleen
• Kidney stone
• Intestinal problem
• Heart
• Pancreas

The pancreas is located on your left side under your ribs. Your gallbladder is located on your right side under your ribs. There’s a nerve called the phrenic nerve under the diaphragm on both sides that goes right up into your neck. Pain could be referred from your pancreas all the way up your left side—causing lower left abdominal pain.

What can affect the pancreas causing left-side abdominal pain?

1. High carb diet
2. Gallstones
3. Alcohol
4. Bad food
5. Medications
6. Infection
7. High blood calcium

What you should do for left-sided abdominal pain:

1. Intermittent fasting
2. Get on the healthy keto diet
3. Consume more vegetables
