Today, we're going to talk about the toxic effects of copper. Copper toxicity is actually quite common, and people don't realize it. 

Copper toxicity symptoms:

• Depression
• Anxiety
• No focus
• Overworked adrenals 
• Fatigue
• Insomnia
• Low blood pressure
• Vomiting 

Copper works with zinc. You need copper in your body for many different things. But, when it becomes too high, it becomes toxic. 

What causes copper toxicity?

• Cookware
• Birth control 
• Supplements
• Low stomach acid
• Zinc deficiency
• Dark chocolate
• Mushrooms
• Shellfish
• Nuts 
• Sesame seeds
• Gallbladder (missing or congested gallbladder)
• Liver damage 
• Phytates 

What to do if you have too much copper:

• You may also want to take zinc to help the ratios
