1. Fainting/passing out
2. Weight loss with no change in diet
3. Chronic constipation/diarrhea
4. Excessive urine/thirst
5. Chest pain/left arm and jaw pain
6. Slurred speech/facial drooping/ loss of vision/paralysis in half of the body 
7. Blood in the urine, mouth, or nose
8. Symptoms that are unchanging after a change in diet
