Large grocers are moving out of parts of Chicago because there is too much crime, theft and homelessness. Now Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson wants the government to setup grocery stores to fill the void. Why not just address the crime and homeless problem, and make it easy for entrepreneurs to open up new stores?
