He is the best-selling author of "Relentless Courage: Winning the Battle Against Frontline Trauma." After retiring in 2018, he became a dedicated advocate for awareness, prevention, education, and training on post-traumatic traumatic stress Injury (PTSI) and first responder suicide prevention. The book was released in spring 2022 and has been described as "one of the most important books of our time" by his peers. Currently, you can find him speaking at training conferences, symposiums, law enforcement agencies, and military units all over the United States.
