How to reduce stress naturally:

1. A mineral relaxation bath 
• 1/4 cup Himalayan sea salt 
• 1/4 cup Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate)
• 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar 
• 15 drops eucalyptus essential oil 

2. Daily long walks (at least 45 minutes) 

3. 20 minutes of sun
