In this video, we’re going to talk about sneezing and COVID-19.

Sneezing is actually not one of the symptoms of COVID-19. Most likely, it’s the pollen that’s causing them to sneeze.

For the virus to invade the body, it has to go in through the eyes, mouth, nose, or from touching the face.

The great majority of people with COVID-19 had no symptoms or very mild coronavirus symptoms. Two important factors that determine the intensity of the symptoms is the viral load (how concentrated the virus particles are), and the health of the immune system.

COVID-19 has also been found to be potentially much more contagious than previously thought. But, this also means that COVID-19 could be less deadly than previously thought.

Different variables involved in someone sneezing on you:

1. Number or concentration of viruses (breathing or talking has much less than coughing or sneezing)
2. Velocity
3. Droplet size
4. Distance (3-6 feet)
5. Susceptibility (support the immune system with vitamin D3, zinc, and vitamin C)
6. Environment
