Ethan Liming, the 17 year old kid who was stomped and murdered by three black adults in the parking lot of LeBron James' school, has not gotten justice. The defendants got off on the Involuntary Manslaughter charges because a jury could not come to a consensus. As of right now, the perpetrators face up to 2.5 years behind bars for taking a life and later bragging about it.

Chang Suh, the 68 year old Wilmington, Delaware jewelry store owner who was paralyzed after a viscous beating at the hands of Calvin Ushery. His trial just wrapped up as well and despite the entire ordeal being caught on CCTV, it too ended in a mistrial with an activist jury.
