Growing Potatoes over the Winter_ The Results!

I'm sharing the results of my experiments with growing potatoes over the winter in a colder growing region (Zone 6a, Ohio).
Potatoes were planted in late fall, remained semi-dormant through the coldest months of the winter and resumed growth in the spring, for a summer harvest.
