In this short video, I want to share with you what you should eat if you have herpes, and what foods to avoid if you have herpes. Herpes is a virus. Certain amino acids like arginine have the ability to reactivate a dormant herpes virus. But, lysine could help put the herpes virus back in remission. When it comes to the foods that may be beneficial, be sure they are wild-caught, grass-fed, non-fortified, and organic.

Best foods to eat if you have herpes (foods high in lysine):
• Fish
• Chicken
• Beef
• Lamb
