LOCAL Community Expanding in Boise with New Phase

CBH Homes is planning to expand the LOCAL community south of the Boise Airport by developing 250 acres of land. This phase will include apartments, commercial spaces, single-family homes, detached apartments, a park, and a school. The commercial space will serve as a town center, with retail and restaurant spaces available. The plan is still in the early stages, but the company is excited for the locale to continue to grow and provide more amenities to the community.
