Let's start by taking a look at the symptoms of low iron and anemia. Take a look. Low iron symptoms include:
1. Fatigue
2. Paleness
3. Brittle nails
4. Grooved nails
5. Hair loss/hair thinning
6. Twitching

Now let's look at the causes of low iron and anemia. Take a look. Low iron causes include:

Keep in mind that you would have to consume a tremendous amount of plants to get enough iron in your diet. The best sources of iron are seafood, red meat, poultry, eggs, and even insects.

Chronic inflammation can deprive your whole body of iron. The more chronic inflammation you have, the more anemia you can be.
