In this video, I'm going to talk about my opinion of liposomal vitamins. I'm also going to talk about what they are so you have a full understanding of what they do.

Liposomal vitamins are vitamins that are carried deeper inside the body using something called liposomes. Liposomes are spherical sacks of phospholipid molecules that enclose a vitamin (or drug). There are multiple sizes of these liposomes. The smaller the size, the higher the quality. Make sure they are certified.

Let's talk about the pros and cons. Take a look.

Pros:
• Increased absorption by 4-9x

Cons
• Very expensive
• Macrophages can break them down
• Many use synthetic vitamins (some from GMO sources)

Always ask about the source of the vitamins, so you know if they are synthetic or natural.

In summary, liposomal vitamins can be good if they are a high-quality product. However, high-quality liposomal supplements are often very pricy compared to other supplements.
