Today I want to cover the six things men should not be eating. All of the things I'm going to list can increase estrogen and shut down testosterone. This can affect a man's muscle density, endurance, energy, and vitality. It can also trigger erectile dysfunction, decreased libido, weight gain, and more.

6 things men should not eat:
• Flax
• Soy (including soy protein isolates)
• Glyphosate/Atrazine (consume organic non-GMO foods)
• Red dyes (do healthy keto)
• Tap water (be sure to filter your water)
• Milk (cheese that is grass-fed, organic, and non-GMO is fine in smaller amounts )
