I found the worst diet advice in the world, and it was by someone who was ranking very high on Google.
Bad diet advice:
1. Eating frequently prevents overeating.
2. Plan ahead. Don't skip meals or allow yourself to get hungry.
3. Eating every 2-3 hours maintains metabolism. The body will feel reassured and loved with a regular intake of calories. It will see no reason to store body fat.
4. Eat foods that are low energy density (fruit, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins) to feel full longer
5. Track calories
6. Join a community
7. You'll have smarter thinking because the brain gets a regular flow of sugar
