Today I want to cover the best home remedy for a hiatal hernia.

Symptoms of a hiatal hernia:
• Indigestion
• Heartburn
• Bloating
• Nausea
• Shortness of breath
• Anxiety
• Heart rhythm problems
• Panic attacks
• Belching

A hiatal hernia is a condition where the gap between the esophagus and the stomach becomes slightly bigger, and the stomach starts to bulge upward. This can trigger problems with the heart, lungs, and stomach, as well as other issues.

There is a very simple acupressure technique that I demonstrate in this video that you can try for a hiatal hernia. With this technique, you’re basically getting rid of congestion and allowing your food to flow better into your stomach.

This technique involves using a special tool or your thumb to press in and up into the side of the stomach area. Watch this video for an in-depth demonstration.

You may also want to use this technique in other areas of the body (which I demonstrate in this video). There’s usually a combination of things going on. There may be an issue with the gallbladder or pancreas.

If there is more pain on the left:
This could be more of a pancreatic issue. A remedy that may work well in this situation is a complex of enzymes (in a supplement).

If there is more pain on the right:
This could be more of a gallbladder issue. A remedy that may work well in this situation is purified bile salts.

Natural remedies for a hiatal hernia:
1. My acupressure technique
2. Betaine hydrochloride
3. Intermittent fasting
