Today we’re going to talk about how to relax. Getting your body in a relaxed state has many benefits.

The relaxation exercise that I will take you through in this video will help you relax every part of your body. Then, you’ll want to maintain this new level of relaxation through various activities. You may want to try doing this exercise on a regular basis. The more stress you go through, the more you should maintain overall body relaxation to help keep your stress lowered.
