Let’s talk about the best exercise for spondylolisthesis. Spondylolisthesis is a condition where you have a bone in your lower back that’s overlapping another bone. You may have had a fracture that broke off the back part of the vertebra, and it’s slipping forward. Now, when the spinal cord comes down through the column, it has to bend a little bit. This can cause dull pain, pain down the legs, and bowel problems.

There are some great exercises for spondylolisthesis to help stabilize the area and even potentially prevent future problems. Any exercise where you’re arching backward is not a good idea. You want to do the opposite of this. In this situation, anything that will stabilize your core can be therapeutic, but anything that extends your spine going backward can be bad.

The best exercises for spondylolisthesis:

Exercise 1:
Step 1. Start by laying on your back
Step 2. Bring your knees up to your chest

Exercise 2:
Step 1. Start by laying on your back
Step 2. Bring either one leg at a time or both legs at the same time upwards back and forth

Exercise 3:
Step 1. Lay forward over a large exercise ball

Exercise 4:
Step 1. Start by laying on your back
Step 2. Raise your lower back and push your lower back to the ground

Exercise 5:
Do plank exercises, where you basically hold your body at a certain level and keep the position.

Reducing inflammation can also be very therapeutic. Here are a few tips to help reduce inflammation:

• Do the healthy keto diet
• Do intermittent fasting
• Take vitamin D3 (20,000 IUs every day)
• Take stinging nettle root
