In this video, we’re going to talk about which food is highest in calcium.
Cheese is the food highest in calcium. In particular, parmesan cheese is the cheese highest in calcium.
You can also get calcium from leafy greens, nuts, and seeds.
If you have a prostate problem, high estrogen, or fibroids, you want to avoid cheese. This is because too much cheese can swell the prostate, cause difficulty urinating, and cause frequent trips to the bathroom at night.
The benefits of calcium include:
• Bone health
• Preventing muscle cramps
• Preventing blood clotting
• Supporting your cellular membranes
Without calcium, you can develop holes in your cell membranes and cause fragility. Calcium regulates the resealing mechanism in the cell membrane.
The problem is, if you have chronic inflammation, calcium can build up in your body’s tissues, including your joints, arteries, brain, and eyes.
When calcium builds up in certain areas in the body, it virtually always has to do with chronic inflammation, which overstimulates the healing mechanism that occurs.
It’s vital to address the inflammation in your body to avoid calcium build-up.
