This is an example of how high protein breakfast looks like. It is a very healthy way to start your day that will fill you up. Under 500 calorie high protein breakfast that is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
Omelete
1 whole egg
4 oz egg whites
1 slice (21g) light swiss cheese (50 calories and 7 g protein)
Sides:
2 low calorie toasts (40 calories each)
4 oz 4% cottage cheese
3 oz Tomatoes (84g)
2 oz Cucumbers (56g)
1 tbsp Onion (14g)
1 oz Avocado (28g)
Lettuce or arugula
Salt and pepper to taste
