Let’s talk about the food with the highest glyphosate. The food with the highest glyphosate is almonds.

Glyphosate is an herbicide. When they make certain plants GMO, the plant resists this pesticide. But, just because the plant resists this pesticide doesn’t mean that they’re not going to spray it on the plant. 

They use glyphosate to kill the weeds around the plant, but the GMO plant will survive. The weeds have also become more resistant to glyphosate, so they have to spray them more and more. But, humans are not resistant to glyphosate. 

The foods that are exposed the most to glyphosate are:
• Almonds 
• Apples 
• Apricots 
• Asparagus 
• Canola
• Cherries 
• Corn 
• Cotton 
• Dates 
• Grapes 
• Soy 

What you can do: 
• Consume organic foods 
• Shop at the farmer’s market 
• Consume organic cruciferous vegetables 

What’s more important: eating organic foods or eating low-carb foods? Eating low-carb foods is the most important thing. Then, cleaning up the quality of those calories would be the second most important thing to do.
