Congressional Republicans Need to Keep Their Word

U.S. Rep. Andy Ogles (R-TN-05) tells Steve Bannon that the budget battle is about Republicans keeping their word to their constituents about how they would run Congress. "The polling is with us, so why should we back down?" the Tennessee congressman asked. Ogles also expresses frustration with how Congressional leadership has mishandled the situation.
