In this video, we’re going to talk about how to shrink thyroid nodules naturally.

Doing a self-examination of your thyroid is simple. You’ll need two things: a mirror and a glass of water. To see my guide on how to examine your thyroid, watch this video 30 seconds in.

Your thyroid shouldn’t have any lumps, bumps, or protrusions. Nodules are extremely common. 50% of people over 40 have them, and they’re also common in children and young adults.

Nodules can come and go on their own. 95% of them are benign. Ultrasounds and blood tests can help detect abnormalities.

90% of hypothyroid conditions are due to Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. This is an autoimmune condition where your immune system attacks healthy thyroid tissue.

Here’s how you can shrink your thyroid nodules naturally.

1. Eliminate dairy
2. Avoid gluten
3. Replenish selenium
4. Take zinc
5. Reduce high estrogen
6. Use turmeric, spirulina, and Boswellia
