A proposed bill in the Michigan House of Representatives will allow parents in the state to eavesdrop on their children. Proposed by Rep. Peter Lucido, it would allow parents to monitor kids' phones, tablets and more to make sure they aren't doing anything wrong. Lucido says parents need to be aware every waking minute, second, day, hour, exactly what their children are doing and when they're doing it.
