They Can’t All Be Right!

Are they all right? Are they all wrong?

When it comes to World Religions, who’s right and how do we know?
There is an idea floating around that says all religions have an aspect of truth, but no one religion has the whole truth. Have you ever heard the story of the Blind Men and the Elephant? One blind man touched the ear of the elephant and said, “I know what this is, it’s a fan.” Another blind man grabbed the tail of the elephant and said, “No, it’s a rope.” A third blind man felt the leg of the elephant and said, “This is a tree.” Then one felt the side of the elephant and said, “It’s a wall.”

Each blind man was only sensing a portion of the elephant and therefore no one had the full picture. That is the analogy given to world religions. Each religion is getting a piece of the truth without grasping the whole truth. But the WHOLE TRUTH is what we want to know. Does any religion see the elephant as an elephant?

Join Eric Hovind and Bodie Hodge as they explore the elephant of “religion."
