Sita has a long and distinguished career in mental health nursing and has worked across a wide variety of roles within the space. She has used all the skills she learned and gathered along her journey to launch her new business “You’re Valued”. Her goal is helping and improving mental wellness among employees and workers who are struggling while also educating both employees and employers on how to better support and value each other.

We also dig down into some of the methods Sita uses in her coaching and getting to really know her clients.
