As Pope Francis calls for sending more arms to Ukraine (instead calling for peace), we discuss the news with Alexander Markovics, head of the Suvorov Institute. He believes that the Pope is right about one thing – the West is definitely cutting its aid to Kiev, although it has been unable to help it gain progress in the conflict anyway.
