Most doctors have little or no training in immunology, and many report that their vaccine training consists of how to find the vaccine schedule and what dose to prescribe. The people speaking out often have specialised training such as Dr William Makis, who completed training as an immunologist prior to medical school, after which he specialised in nuclear medicine. His specialist training is highly specific to the subject of genetic therapies being promoted as "vaccines". His team are monitoring the massive increase in sudden, unusual and premature deaths occurring to people in vaccine mandated professions.

Dr Makis has described the personal attacks and mockery he endures for speaking out. He is labelled a "conspiracy theorist" by people who have never asked to view the data collected by his team of analysts. The Canadian Medical Association have been observed by this team, removing obituaries from their website, of deceased doctors. They accuse Dr Makis of "disinformation", but have never reviewed his data.
