Recognising false leadership - 2

The bible is specific about some of the characteristics and behaviours that we will see in the end time church. The bible’s prophecies clearly indicates that we are in the end time right now. Whilst at the same time warning us there would unscrupulous characters that would worm their way into the church with evil ulterior motives and lead many astray. Just because someone flows in spiritual gifts, has great oratory skills, can pull a large crowd, or raise massive offerings, is no indicator that they are truly of God. The bible tells us that we should know someone by their fruit not their gifting or personality. Too many people have been deceived and badly hurt in the church, but if we know what to look out for from a biblical perspective, then we can be more aware of what kinds of leaders are amongst us.
