Delhi wants to put renewed pressure on foreign Sikh activists, with seven Britons named among 19 people whose Indian properties are set to be confiscated.

A diplomatic row was sparked when Canada’s PM Justin Trudeau said there was a ‘credible link’ between India and the murder of a Sikh leader on Canadian soil.
