I don't bake in the summer as it's too hot. But now that we are in the fall, I begin baking bread weekly to sell and to provide for my family.
In this video I am making a Sourdough Cinnamon Snowflake Bread along with baking 6 loaves of sourdough bread in my wood fire pizza oven.
This was a 3 day adventure of lots of fun!
The snowflake bread was taken for dessert to my friends surprise birthday party. She LOVED it!
