Preparation:
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, add lamb and brown it on both sides. Place a lot of onions on top, add salt and spices. Then pour in 1 glass of water and let it brew for an hour and a half with the lid closed. I didn’t take a video of pouring water, I forgot. We need to pour it 💧
After an hour and a half, open the lid and turn the meat over. So that the onion on top is also well fried. In this case, leave the lid open for 10 minutes. Our delicious tender meat is ready 😋
