tried to isolate the voices and some other settings here

There is a kids or girls like voice in the static and background as well.
But this is what is playing inside my cochlea at all times. Not sure if it's a chip or nano tech or both but this is debilitating to say the least hearing that crap all the time. It may change sounds or songs but it's still needs destroyed.
I also hear what sounds like a Movie projector.
