Saturday Sweat 1.8.2022 | Cardio Strength + Core 45 Minute Workout

This 45-minute workout is total body targeting strength, cardio, core, balance and coordination movements! There is a bodyweight warm up to start and includes a short cool down to wrap up this class.

Today’s suggested equipment (training shoes and props are both optional) = a yoga mat, medium dumbbells (I am using 8’s) and as always, a good cattitude!!! No equipment, no problem; everything we do in class can absolutely be done bodyweight!
