Joe Biden refers to LL Cool J as "Boy"!?

There is a lot, and I mean lot of things to dislike about Joe Biden. Biden attending the Congressional Black Caucus' annual awards dinner in Washington D.C. referring to LL Cool J as "boy" then quickly changing it to "man" is simply not one of them. I never thought I would be defending a Joe blunder but here it is.
