The American Express Gold Card is a fantastic travel credit card that can help you earn travel rewards while at home due to its rewards categories of 4X points at U.S. Supermarkets (up to $25K spend) and Dining Worldwide. Amex points are extremely valuable in the travel credit card game, especially because the Amex transfer partners give you so many awesome ways to get creative when putting together an itinerary.
