A long ways from any development or roads, Mount Skook Jim in The Stein/Nlaka'pamux Heritage Park is a 2606m peak that has captivating scenery. A large, turquoise, glacial lake sits under its eastern flanks fed by a towering double waterfall, and the view nearly blew my socks off. We hiked in from the Lizzie side and Lillooet Lake, south of Pemberton BC, for a 3 night/4 day endeavour also tagging Tabletop and Anemone peaks on the way. This rugged area is stunning and I wish I could have spent more time here as the mountains seem limitless (as do the mosquitoes). Thanks for watching!
