As if it was lifted straight out of the propaganda books, a well to do Black family was having a get together in their upscale, Forest Hills residence, before their White neighbors came and shut down their party. Yves Duroseau, who heads emergency medicine at Manhattanā€™s Lenox Hill Hospital, and plaintiff in the lawsuit, alleges one neighbor came to his front door with a german shepherd, while another hit their outdoor party with a water hose; like a scene straight out of 1960's Alabama.

That is all included in the lawsuit, including many more absurdly stereotypical accusations. The only thing missing is a burning cross and hoods in the front lawn.
